Alight is fundraising to support mothers and newborns in Sudan who are at the highest risk of death with hospitals destroyed, skilled care out of reach, and maternal mortality among the highest in the world. Alight’s Comprehensive Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (CeMONC) centers are lifelines—providing antenatal care, safe deliveries, and emergency caesareans free of charge, so every mother has a chance to cradle a healthy baby.
Alight is fundraising for displaced families who face constant health threats, from maternal mortality to trauma and preventable disease, but Alight has been delivering care in the most challenging contexts since 1978.
