Are you an artist? A student? A teacher? Do you dabble in your free time with ceramics? Or watercolor? All are welcome. Will you give your talent and time and donate your original art for sale during Alight-A-Whirl?
Note: Art created on the theme of a ‘shared future’ is encouraged but not required. We will gladly accept donations of your existing art pieces.
All submissions are final. Earlier submissions may be featured and spotlighted in the lead-up to Alight–A–Whirl. All proceeds from the sale of donated art will fund Alight’s work with refugee and displaced families around the world and in Minnesota.

Art-A-Whirl is the nation's largest annual open studio art tour and draws tens of thousands of visitors each year! Luckily, it's also hosted in the same neighborhood as Alight's Minneapolis Hub. By donating an original piece of art to Alight's fundraiser, you will help provide lifesaving services for refugees around the world and we would be honored to feature your name and work to our broader community.
Our local teams walk alongside displaced people, helping them build a life of dignity after displacement. Your artwork will raise funds for emergency food and nutrition, health care, protection, shelter and livelihood support.

We’ll celebrate and offer your artwork alongside other talented Minnesota artists and refugee artists from around the world at Alight’s Minneapolis Hub during Art-A-Whirl in May. The event typically draws thousands of visitors to Alight!
